Hello! I'm currently planning a trip to Barbados in June and I'm one who likes the fine details....have only flown VS from LHR before but can see the LGW CH is new and great etc but can't find on the site when check in opens for UC nor when the CH opens, given the BGI flight leaves mid morning would like to carry on the tradition of maximising CH time

Thanks
David

ISTBC but the Gatwick Clubhouse opens at 7am. It is much smaller than the Flagship Heathrow operation, but I have found the service much more attentive.
The usual CH rules apply; that is get your treatments booked as soon as you arrive ): There is normally just two therapists on duty, so often slots get booked up pretty quick.

We always make use of Twilight Check-In at Gatwick which opens from Midday the day before you fly. Makes the following morning much less stressful and will give you more time to make use of the Clubhouse

According to the 'improved' VS
Guide to LGW kiosk check-in is open from 05:30 so I would assume normal check-in does too.
The VS site does seem to be vague on important issues such as this though (and especially for the outstations)
Don't forget OLCI opens at T-24 hrs.

Thanks for the replies! I've had the pleasure of the JFK, EWR,BOS and JNB CH's before and all are quiet oasis compared to the main terminal.
Looks like normal LHR CH routine applies then....check-in, WH Smith, chomp at the door at 7am, treatment booked, champers, breakfast, champers...then forget you're actually going on holiday!

Last time we used the LGW Clubhouse, about 3 months ago, it was open from 6am.
