can anyone tell me what time does the customer service desk shut at heathrow terminal 3, thanks a million

Given the 60 minute check-in deadline I would summise it is 60 mins before the last departure is scheduled.

Tonty is right - 60 minutes before. Though that's not set in stone; if there are delays, then they will keep it open longer.

Thanks a million, it's me being prepared as I always am, I case the online check in night before won't let us check in, we can get to the airport and let them sort it out for us, happened a few years ago with our flight to HongKong

I don't think that would work.

HKG departs at 21.25 so thats when OLCI opens the night before.

Last departure from LHR is the 22.30 to Accra so the desks will close roughly at 21.30

So unless you live <5 mins from LHR your plan won't work.

Ah, no, we are flying to Boston on the 15.05 flight in August, so we can check in on line the day before, from 15.05, so if the online system won't work, we can get to heathrow that evening and speak to the service desk and get it sorted that night
