VAA website survey

Just checking my FC account online, and was invited to take part in a survey regarding the Virgin website.

Here's (another) chance to take part - it's quite a comprehensive survey.

I'm assuming this is a banner presented to all users accessing the website.

Thought it might be of interest...

I would spend time completing it - if it's used for anything, it must be to keep marketing at VS towers amused by people's ongoing Web site frustrations.

I told 'them' once to get into the 21st Century and allow us to view an availablity seat plan like the american airline carriers do. I hated waiting until I'd actually booked to know if a window or aisle seat was available to 'request'. Needless to say still waiting :w :w

However, I have since joined 'Expert Flyer' which has proved invaluable especially when my travel can be flexible.
