J0 C0 D0 I0 Z0 W9 S9 K9 Y9 B9 R9 L9 U9 M9 E9 Q9 X9 N9 O9
(as an example)
I know they represent passenger loads in cabins but what is the break down i.e. What do the different letters mean?

Thank you...

The letters represent different ticket types (buckets) within the same cabin

Upper = J/C/D/I/O/Z
PE - W/S/K
Econ- the rest !

So J is the most expensive fully flexible ticket in UC going down in price with less flexibility to Z (cheapest and no flexibility

They also indicate if they are upgradable ot not so in PE a K is not upgradeable to UC but W and S are

The number of miles awarded also changes with the ticket types too

They don't represent loads as such but how many tickets VS is selling in those buckets (9 means 9 or more) and you don't add up all the numbers either to see how full or empty a cabin is.

J C D I Z are upper fare codes

W S K are premium economy fare codes

The rest are economy fare codes

The most expensive / flexable tickets being closer to the front of each queue

The numbers represent the amount of seats available, however if it shows a nine that's the minimum amount of seats in that class - ie, there could be nine or they could be twenty.

Thats your starter, it's more complicated when you get down the scale of codes :)

Thank you both!!

How can you find out how full a flight is in each cabin near time of departure? Or do you ask nicely, someone on here :D
