Apart from the card, do you receive anything else in your welcome pack when hitting Gold?

I know with Silver you get a couple of baggage tags....suspecting similar for Gold?

5 1st class upgrade coupons on Heathrow/Gatwick express train and some luggage tags.

Interestingly, I didn't get any luggage tags when I made silver. I probably wouldn't have used them anyway. I'm not sure that they serve any real purpose. Or maybe I just don't understand their purpose

My Gold renewal pack which arrived this morning consisted of two baggage tags and leather straps, five each of GEX and HEX upgrade vouchers, my Gold card which had the same picture as last year of the Royal Albert Hall, a note about the new meal service in economy (!!!) and a booklet extolling the benefits of Gold membership which are really only available for members flying in PE and Y

How do we get our card images changed? I'm bored of my 5:17pm New York picture...!

A. You put them in the bin and ask the lovely Pete to make you a set with a better message than the totally naff "I Fly Gold" (euuuch!).

PS The Dear Lady Dragon has probably the best ones (I had to imitate)!

Nice idea, I think Pete could make a nice little earner if he set up business doing bespoke AU cards.
