On tier points and moving up

I hope I don't ramble too much but if I do, I apologise in advance. I didn't get my miles and tier points for my delayed VS1652, but I got them for VS9 and VS10 and after the VS10 I moved up to gold. Now almost a week after the move up my miles and tier points we're posted in my transactions but weren't added to my tally of tier points. Is it normal or do I complain? As it is I think I've lost 5 TPs.

I really don't know the calculations involved in moving from AG to AU but I was at 32 TPs when my status changed so I suspect it's also part of the TPs from my rolling year

Given that you were on a revised flight, I would suggest a call to Flying Club is in order.

Vs are notorious for not being able to cope with changes to flights, but I have always found that following a flight where I have upgraded with miles that the call quickly resolves the issue
