Hi

This will be our first flight with Virgin and have been looking at this site for info.

Can someone tell me what the difference between Nova and Super Nova is? I've been telling my kids that they'll have games to play but now I'm not sure.
We're on VS15 on 30th MArch LGW to MCO.

Also could someone post a load check? Guessing it's full as it's the start of the Easter hols.

Hi and welcome to the site.

The original Nova IFE doesn't exist on any of the VS a/c any more. Currently the LGW 747's have two different IFE systems, Super Nova and Odyseey. The full details about each one can be found in the IFE section of the site here

So basically we don't get the games on the Super Nova.

Looks like i need to make sure kids games consoles are charged (and my netbook).

I think the difference is that with the Super Nova system there are two hamsters running in the wheel that powers it, rather than just the one.
