Hi Felix,

As a brand new poster - a "hi" might have been a good start - or even a please...?

In answer to your question, however, consider a free trial of the http://www.expertflyer.com service - available with no credit card or anything for 5 days. :)

Hi
Sorry about the please.....
Bit disappointed that I got redirected to expert flyer, the free trial is a bit of a con....
I thought that you had access to the info I required
Thanks anyway

I know I'm not down with the street kids, but is 'book load' a new term I've missed?

Hi Felix,
You say the free trial is a bit of a con? It's free access to all of their services for 5 days, with no restriction and no card information required.
So, while peoples' definitions of a "con" will vary - how do you figure that...?

A lot of the people who have access to EF on here PAY for it.

You can register for free at http://www.flightstats.com as well and do as many 'book loads' as you like but it is not as comprehsnsive as EF but it will give you the info you demanded.

Now then Pete, surely, not even you?

Book load |:) obviously, it's those things young kids take to school!

Now I am with Mr P on his response, Felix, good web manners do suggest a hi and a polite request, not a "require" ... in response you got a perfectly reasonable suggestion to self serve from the location many of us use to access that very information. To then add salt by expressing your disappointment, well ...

The analogy is walking into a pub and curtly asking the first table you come across "Tell me the special today". They may well know, but the menu is behind the bar, and they would be a little surprised by the abrupt question.

We are a community of passengers, not a genius bar in an Apple Store. Chances are that someone in the community will know the answer, or have experience of, pretty much any question that could be asked related to flying with Virgin, but that does require a modicum of good manners in requesting help.

Perhaps he was asking about available reading material on the flight? Or wanting to know how may books he might take on board as hand baggage?
Could you tell me what the newspaper load is on VS85 on the 13th May please?
