Hi,

I think someone may have already posted this somewhere (I can't find it) - but does anyone have details of the spring menu please? And what does the graze menu consist of?

Outbound on my VS43 LGW-LAS last month it was:

Starters - cream of pea soup or prawn cocktail
Mains - grilled fillet of beef, Thai red chicken curry or dolcelatte cheese & walnut tortellini
Dessert - lemon tart or sticky toffee pudding
Graze - mini beefburger, chicken caesar salad or vegetarian sushi

Inbound on my VS8 LAX-LHR it was:

Starters - cream of leek soup or salmon rillette
Mains - braised short rib of beef, pan-roasted chicken breast stuffed with truffled mushrooms or rolled lasagne
Desserts - apple, marmalade & whiskey bread pudding or New York cheesecake
Breakfast - cereals, fruit salad, pastries, bacon butty or full English (no graze).
