Morning All,

After a bit of a manic week at work and a not-so-great journey to the airport (traffic), here we are, esconced in the clubhouse. Breakfast has been partaken and now chilling. And it isn't even raining!

think you are headed to MCO right ? have a great time. the weather is wonderful through a couple of days of storms are ahead. i am just about to head the opposite way. have a safe flight and enjoy the sun

Missed you as I am now also sitting in the LGW CH with a red head in hand so to speak

It is very quiet in here now and just waiting for flight to be called....no treatments as they were fully booked when I arrived.

Everyone so friendly as usual and nice to see some familiar faces still here.....so am quite at home....

Yes, that's where we were headed. Weird old flight - got struck by lightning just after taking off and then had to make 2 approaches at Mco, as the weather had closed in. And then we couldn't get off the flight for about an hour as there was lightning in the area and ground staff couldn't work. Ah well...

Thanks for the heads-up about the weather! We drove through some torrential stuff last night and can see how things are for today and tomorrow... but hey, it's still hugely warmer than the UK!

Oh goodness - what a shame! I don't think I've ever actually met anyone from here in a clubhouse - but am hoping that'll happen one day. By the law of averages, must happen sometime!

It was pretty busy when we were there yesterday morning...

Have a great flight I will miss the club houses down south y) y) as I am flying from man next Thurs.

Have to admit it will be a down step to the escape lounge !
