Hi
I guess if you've paid £106 on top of your fare YOU consider it a good price.
Personally, I think that for £53 each, I could have a ball elsewhere and still have change left over.
On the second part, yes you will get 'free' food and drink, but you'll have to do well to get your moneys worth out of it. A lot will also depend on your flight departure time.

I'd get there very early - I think 3 hours is the max on a purchased ticket - and make sure you get a treatment booked straight away, then enjoy your choice of food and drink.
Out of interest, where did you buy them at that price? I thought only Virgin Holidays sold them, and the cost was £60 each.

Think I paid £50 each for two passed to the Gatwick Clubhouse last October, did think about leaving the kids outside while my partner & I went in FOC with my gold card but didnt think they would have been very happy. Even at £50 each it still makes a nice start to a holiday.

£60 is the cost for the LHR CH. The LGW used to be £35 and I can't remember seeing anywhere that it had changed.

I am thinking of booking this as well - current quote is £55 PP - What treatments are avaialble from the Cowshed on arrival - I don't want to pay £55 Each then have to pay for a treatment on top !
I guess as we are on an 11.25am flight, we could breakfast there and have a treatment before boarding - not going to get a lot of time to enjoy the bar !

Here is the list from the VS
LGW CH pageThere are a mix of 'free' and paid for treatments so choose wisely ! And remember to go straight to the spa when you get to the CH to book.

Dont be surprised if you cant get a treatment appointment, on my last couple of visits to the Gatwick Clubhouse I have not been able to get a treatment.

Hi
The Virgin Clubhouse was outstanding!!
I'm not a big drinker at home but breakfast with cocktails is the best way to start your holiday. Must have cocktails is a 'red head'!
For £55 per head, the service, the food, the drinks and the general relaxing atmosphere is a must....start your holiday on a real high!!!!!

Ah, so the bar is open at that time of day - that may put a different slant on things !
