Thumbs Up to Virgin

We were recently delayed 24 hours on VS44 from Vegas, 10th April, see trip report.

Had contact from Virgin customer services, not only did Virgin look after us very well during the delay in Vegas, but they have also credited each of us with 12500 miles! y)

Great customer service.

Can I ask what cabin you were flying in? If they did this for all pax then I am very impressed!

Times change...

In 2007 we were delayed 24 hours flying back from Orlando. Also flying PE.

My wife and I were given 37500 miles each and the kids were given 22500 each. (plus spending the night in the on airport Hyatt)
