UC Menu from HK?

Please could someone tell me what the menu in UC will be from Hong Kong to London and London to Hong Kong next week.

just took it last night so from what I can remember there are 2 starters - pumpkin soup or prawn lou sui (no idea).
Main courses: chicken with roast potatoes (nice), stir fried prawn or mushroom risotto.
Deserts - forgot. sorry.
Cheese - usual : camenbert, red leicester and something blue.

I am currently in CH LHR awaiting VS200 to HKG and will return Thursday. Will let you know end of the week.

Just returned this morning. Further to the menu above, here are some more details:
Starters:
Mushroom soup
Prawn coctail
Mains:
Grilled fillet of beef
Chinese Style pork belly
Dolcelatte cheese and walnut tortellini
Desserts:
Lemon tart
Sticky toffee pudding
Cheses:
Cheddar
Blue Cropwell Bishop
Double Gloucester
Graze:
Mini beef burgers
Chicken Ceasar salad
Mini Sushi selection
Breakfast...
HKG - LHR
Starters:
Cider and onion soup
prawn lou sui
Mains:
Chicken with roast potatoes
Stir fried prawn
Mushroom ravioli
Deserts
Rasberry dessert
Forget the other sorry.
Cheeses:
Brie
Danish blue
Cheddar
Break fast

The menu looks really nice........I had the ravioli back in February and it was yummy.

This is what the
Lo shui prawns, sauteed bamboo, mushrooms kaofu, carrot and asparagus looks like:
As the HKG-LHR is a night flight I just had two starters, this plus the Somerset cider and onion soup before heading off to the land of nod.
