VS site problem

Just trying to book some reward flights. When I try to go through the process, an error message displays to say they are unable to process the request. I seem to remember reading here about a similar problem some months back - has it been fixed and broken again, or is it something that never has been sorted out???

Think you find available dates (as you have done) but then start a new booking process by specifically booking those dates.
(does that make sense ?| )

And then it lets you make the booking with miles??? I think I may end up calling them.
Quite bizarre though. The dates I want were not this morning.... yes, I know that happens, but it still seems weird. I suppose someone, somewhere, has some kind of algorithm that decides to keep changing availability.
I wish I had the first idea how it all works... ii)

I just prompted Greg for an update on this on the VS web site page. It's shameful that they allow a broken piece of web functionality to go unchecked for so many months.

Think so, just input dates that have shown as available and click book with miles.

You have to wonder how many potential passengers it puts off. How can any business afford to have its site not working properly?!
