Hi, We are first time Virgin Flyers converts from BA. We are due to fly to BGI on the 6 August and we just had a few questions if someone could help?

We have noticed over the past few weeks that Mustang Sally has been operating out of LGW to BGI Do VS normally operate a LHR config aircraft from LGW during the summer months? We have also noticed that LHR planes have more upper class seats than the LGW/MAN config which currently has only 14 seats at the nose of the plane. We have pre-selected seats 6,7,8 K, if we go on the LHR aircraft would we be allocated different sections of the plane? hope you can help?

Welcome

Yes, UC on the BGI route is very popular so VS often use an LHR plane on the route.

Yes if you go on the LHR plane they will reallocate your seats as on the LHR config rows 6,7, and 8 don't exist.

Don't worry too much -- even if the aircraft type changes, provided you are all on the same booking VS will try to keep you sitting together.

Best tip is to keep checking your booking -- the aircraft type may switch a few days before your flight, or just before OLCI.

Have a good flight.
