VS075/76 Time Changes
Posted: 16 Jul 2012, 19:19Received 2 e-mails from VS today notifiying time changes on both my outward flight MAN-MCO on 23 Feb 13 and return flight MCO-MAN on 7 Mar 13.
When booked, VS075 was 1025-1450. New times are 1115-1555.
VS076 was 1830-0725, now 1845-0725.
Both flights were originally on the A330 but now the return flight is showing as a 747. Which explains the faster journey time for that flight.
But does anyone know why the outward flight time has been pushed to 1115? And why it shows as taking 15 minutes longer? I've always liked the early arrival in MCO so am disappointed with this change. n(
And while I'm asking questions, does anyone have any idea when seat maps/requests will become available again? It seems to be taking a long time to produce a new piece of software, particularly when other airlines obviously already use similar software packages which could possibly have simply been adapted to suit VS. How different do they need to be, to serve the same purpose?
