Newbie question 2 - Virgin Apple App

Okay, second question.

I’ve become horribly addicted to the VA Apple app. Apart from questioning myself about my newfound geek level, I was wondering why neither CUN or YVR are showing up on the globe. Aircraft flying to and from these destinations point and appear in all sorts of odd places and now flight plan is available (oh dear God, I really am getting into this way too much aren’t I)?

Also, when I connect to V-Flyer through the app, neither the new LGW 747 or A330 three-cabin layouts are available.

Any ideas?

Newbie quesion 4: Extra LGW - HAV services?

One final question:

On the VA Apple app, I noticed that last Sunday and again this Wednesday just gone, the departures section was listing an LGW to HAV flight. Neither seemed to depart. I thought that this flight was only made on a Monday and a Thursday? Just a gremlin on the app or is there more to it?

I guess because the CUN and YVR routes are both very new, as are the refurbed 747 and 3-cabin 330 layouts.

Presumably no-one's got round to updating the app yet. And as many seasoned V-Flyers will tell you, IT is not always VS's strong point (although, to be fair, their IT team sometimes post here, seek feedback and appear very open to suggestions).

Hi,

Just to let you know I have merged two of your threads as they are both 'app' related . It would probably have been better to just create one or two posts with your questions in, especially if they are about similar topics, as creating lots of separate threads usually results in them getting lost/missed, so you end up not getting as much help as you might have usually.

I updated my iPhone a couple of days ago and I am unable to log in to my account now, anyone else suffering the same problem?

Since re-synching this afternoon it now logs in.
