On thursday I am going to LAX on vs7. According to seat guru it is on a 747. Anyway, as I am a newbie to flying with virgin, do they serve economy food from the front first to the back of the other way round? As i dont want to be stuck with the option no body wants. Apologies if this has already been asked but I couldn't seem to find it on here anywhere.
If food is served from the front to the back I am thinking of choosing row 43-45 D,E,F,G... Are these decent seats? Do you think these will be available when it is online check in or are these popular seats?

As far as I remember I think its actually the middle that gets the veggie option.
