There should be 3 planes refitted by then so you'll have a 3 in 8 chance

That sounds good to me still in with a chance. What planes will have had the refits by then? And how do I know what plane I will have before I fly?

This page will help you:-

forum/index.php?f=4&t=274811&rb_v=viewtopic

But to answer your questions about aircraft so far:-

G-VROM (Barbarella)
G-VAST (Ladybird)
G-VLIP (Hot Lips) - should be back on 8/8/12

depending on your return date the odds might go to 50% if the 4th aircraft is completed within 4 weeks.

you will only know which aircraft 24 hours before.

thinking of going to Vegas in October myself, but that will be in economy, and might be with BA depending on the refit schedule. (I need to find out what people do for jobs on this site as most people seem to fly UC)

Wil be ROM VAST and LIP and no planes only allocated on the day though you should be able to see the config at olci 24 hours before. If its a refurb it has premium and economy upstairs

All the details regarding the LGW Refits including which a/c are complete and which a/c is being done next etc can be found in the sticky thread at the top of the main forum.

link.

You won't be able to find out in advance which a/c is operating your flight as that information isn't released until the day because of security reasons.

Are you on the vs043 at 11:25? I found it off flying on a Sunday but it will still be amazing! And it would be nice to experience one if the new refits so it could be a 50/50 chance of getting one! All We do now is wait a few weeks. I'm sure it will tell you at OLCI? not sure?

Also thanks for everyone's expertise on the thread! You can always get a straight answer here :D
