Hi,
I've just taken the plunge and upgraded our outward trip to Orlando, flying 9th Sep.

My wife has read that some airlines do onboard treatments in upper class, do Virgin offer these treatments is it just in the club house.

Many thanks

Brian

Virgin used to offer treatments on board, but haven't done for a good few years now.

The Clubhouses at both LHR and LGW offer treatments still.

Remember you only receive access to the fairly basic 3rd party Escape lounge if flying from MAN and not the V'room, which isn't the same as the CH at LGW.
Flying UC from MAN does deprive you of this benefit compared to flying UC out of LGW or LHR in most cases for the same flight cost....
Just so you are aware..

we are flying from Gatwick so will make full use of the club house. As this could be our one and only time in UC any tips on making the experience even more special.

Many Thanks

You will find the team at the Gatwick Clubhouse warming and will do their best to look after you and make you feel special. It is much smaller than Heathrow, so to guarantee getting a treatment, get there as early as possible and after you have been shown around (They will offer -so ask :D :D ) then book the treatment before you do anything else

Once you have done that order a breakfast and then relax - you can take in the calm of it all.

One tip, after going through security, do not be tempted to take the escalator down into the main shopping area. Look for a door straight ahead and turning left into the corridor will bring you out on the upper level, right next door to the Clubhouse entrance

Thanks buns for the info, keeping the wife out of duty free might help pay for the upgrade :)
