We are checked in (painlessly with original seats) in to leave SFO for our 10 day UK vacation this afternoon. Thank you all for your help and advice on this site, I have become addicted.

I promise to post a trip report from the lounge to LHR with pictures and hopefully I get a new pen

Currently a little warmer in London right now, but just like San Fran, anything can change

Have a wonderful trip. The weather has been good, but we have a holiday weekend coming up so expect rain by Saturday, sorry.

The paralympics start next week so London is getting hyped up again and there is a nice buzz/atmosphere again (well that's the way I see it anyway Enjoy.

Perfect time for Carnival in Notting Hill:-)
