Flight cots on upgraded LGW flights

Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone is in the know re flight cots on the upgraded LGW fleet. We are travelling UC LGW to MCO in November with our baby (4 months) and had been previously told that 747's out of Gatwick did not have the option of flight cots (no explanation).

Does anyone know whether this has been resolved with the introduction of the new upgrade?

Thanks in advance

There are still no bassinets on the refitted LGW 744s in UC - only PE and Y.

Upper Class hasn't changed on these aircraft so there is simply nowhere for the bassinet to fit.

Thanks - is the UC product that different on 747's? I understood that bassinets were available on other aircraft in UC?

UC is the same as on all other 744's, 346's and 343's.

It's just because the section is so tiny on the LGW 744's that there is physically no space for the bassinet. On the LHR 744's, it fits onto the wall at the front of B zone where seats 20DG are.
