V-Flyer

Hi everyone , I have just joined this website as I have recently had my first experience on a virgin plane ! Our outbound journey was very nice as we were in premium economy. As we have a family of six we need a lot of space so it was perfect. On the way back we were slightly unfortunate. At our hotel in st lucia we chose to do the check in Chill out service , it was more like check in stress out ! Somehow our flights had been cancelled so they had to force us back on the plane , by now they were 8 passengers over ! Then a virgin worker had filled in our boarding passes over the phone , when we got to the airport ready to go home 3 of the names were spelt wrong so they had to print them again
finally everything was sorted and we went home only each way ( there and back from st lucia ) we didn't manage to get a refurbished plane !!!! The overall experience was great but I I wouldn't recommend flying economy .

That is very bad luck. I can tell you from my point of view that this is not the norm from VS.
I must admit, I have just had not the best return flight with VS.
When I take a step back one really bad return flight out of 12 years flying with them is a very good hit rate, I get worse service from the substitutions from my local supermarket home delivery!!!!
I am sure your next flight will be a much better experience.
