Didn't even open mine on last flight other day?! Can see most of the 5 just ending up being chucked away without realising haha!

I think I'd want more than £2500 to be seen wearing those! :$

I'm not quite sure how I feel about this, but I'm somewhere between nonchalance and irritation.

BUT - £12,500?
Seems an extravagant waste to me.

I don't get this - something so obviously gimmicky and clearly looking for some cheap column inches; yet it hasn't been widely publicised. Or maybe it has and then been widely ignored. Give me a bundle of notes any day. Or maybe 250k miles if you're feeling miserly. Come to think of it, I'll still see a pen in the bag as a win of sorts...
How long till the first of these ends up on ebay I wonder...

I doubt they bought them. Probably supplied by Swarovski as a promotional item.

I have to agree with you there.
and have to agree that most if not all of these will end up never being seen/used and end up being filed with all the other unused items collected on peoples holidays.

Worth £2500?
Only if the value is realised surely? I hope they come with an authentic valuation certificate so at least you can have them a 'valued' item on your insurance policy.

I would assume there would be an announcement for people to check? (probably making large hints about the 'sponsor')

I believe irritalance best decribes how I feel because considering the new amenity kits, I'm leaning more towards irritation.
