Virgin Ground Staff - who do they work for?

I was through Glasgow this morning and couldn't help but notice the very hot and sexy Virgin crew dressed in their red uniforms waiting for a domestic connection. I also saw a fair number of Virgin ground staff similary clad if not proportioned who had just depatched the VS071 to Orlando.
This got me thinking, do Virgin just pay Servisair to dress some of their staff in red two days a week for this contract? I mean, VS don't actually have a big staff at Glasgow surely?
Do only Heathrow and Gatwick have in house check in staff with Manchester just Swissport staff in red and Glasgow with Servisair squeezed into a Virgin uniform?

London Hearhrow is the only airport where Virgin have there own ground staff. All other airports inc LGW, MAN, GLA and ALL overseas airports use handling companies. Each airport will employ a Virgin station manager, deputy manager, supervisor, turn around coordinator and clubhouse manager (where available) Everyone else just wears the uniform.

It's not always been like this, a few years ago Virgin got rid of all their overseas ground staff and got ground handlers in. Many people had no choice but to transferred to the other agency and still work on behalf of Virgin. Albeit on a lower salary with no more travel perks!!
