I have been trying to price up a trip for the good Mrs H and I and although Cancun appears under the special offers link on the VS website it doesn't appear in the list of destinations when I try and book a flight there.

Is Cancun only bookable over the telephone ?|

No, definately not, I've done a couple of dummy bookings today (trying to put my mind at ease that I got a decent deal lol)

Not too bad, I've seen it cheaper since a few times. When we were booking the holiday, the price was going up hourly it seemed, so we just booked it. We got a half decent price for the PE upgrade, around £900 for both of us return. I have seen it go up to nearly 4k some days, although yesterday I did price my whole holiday including PE upgrade for about 1k cheaper than I paid, oh well

At least you didn't pay 4K, I too sometimes check after booking to see if I could have got a better deal, occasionally wishing I hadn't.

Place called secrets silversands. See you in UC! We'll be the two looking incredibly out of place.

That was my other choice, stayed at Secrets in Punta Cana, was great, and was recommended it in Cancun but we took a gamble on Le Blanc... See you in UC

And, no, we always look out of place in UC but I'll be on holiday mode, so you'll see me at the bar as usual!!

Yeh we got Sofitel 8th floor (runway) view room airport hotel always a winner. Only 12 days left and away I go

due to popular demand, Cancun flights are increasing to 3 times weekly from next April

D-Day for booking seats in PE soon. Now the bigs question is, do I wait up and hope for a miracle and Virgin have the seat maps available from midnight ][|) , or do I just look first thing in the morning on Monday
What will probably happen is that I'll end up constantly checking my booking all day and end up getting an email from VS stating the there is some technical issue and that PE won't infact be opened up as promised, we'll have to wait until olci opens up ):
