Just booked my Vegas trip for next year 18 August 13 and noticed my Manchester outgoing flight says "VS 85 ( Operated by Virgin Atlantic )" dose this mean it will not be a Virgin Newly upgraded Jumbo ? will get a partner aircraft ?

The flight will be operated by a Virgin a/c.

all the flights say that if you click the flight details box, not just VS085

Operated by:

Virgin Atlantic Airways

It'll be because its possible to buy a VS code share flight on the VS site. For example VS7312 to Singapore, which will say 'operated by Singapore airlines'.

Virgin currently don't wet lease any a/c.
They will be when they start the MAN-LHR flights next year, but certainly not for any of their long haul flights.

I am pretty sure all those operated on VS aircraft say this.

It would help clarify given, as others have posted, that it is possible to book code share routes flown on aircraft managed by other carriers on the VS site.

The vegas flight is a fun one, hope ya enjoy and they don't run out of booze :P

It is because legally they have to disclose which airline is actually operating the flight.
