Flight Radar showing VS 40 leaving Boston for Heathrow,GVNYC,landing at YQX Gander.Does anyone have any ideas,possible medical emergency ?.

nothing showing on Aviation Herald as yet. Flight status shows a 90 mins delay on the flight landing into LHR....
