Hi and Welcome to the site.

The Clubhouse is operated by Virgin Atlantic and is for passengers flying in UC or Au card holders (plus one guest each if they wish).

The V-Room is operated by Virgin Holidays and is only for passengers who book direct with them. It doesn't matter what class of travel you are travelling, you can pay to gain access to the V-Room.

The V-Room could be classed a more relaxed and child friendly lounge, where as the CH is a true business class lounge, and a very good one at that.

Thanks,
Neil
