Pre booking legroom seats in premium economy

Could anyone tell me if its possible to prebook extra legroom seats in premium economy or if this is only possible in economy?

Is there not more room on the 747 front row? In that case luck of the draw...

Otherwise don't be afraid to recline the seat and knock into the person behind, plenty of room..... ):

The are exit rows and bulkheads, exit rows can only be allocated to appropriate passengers at the airport. Bulkheads are held back for pax with any special assistance requirements and also the bassinet positions are in the bulkhead.
