Hello,

I recently got excited in the recent Virgin sale and booked two flights from MAN-LAS May 2013.
It is now looking we can not travel in 2013 due to a change in our circumstances.
I booked an O economy and extra legroom going out and a K PE on return. I understand they are non refundable and non transferable can anyone confirm this for me please or there any other options ?

There will be no options. I just booked fully restircted UC for NY in December and wanted to change the return date or another option was to change the name on the ticket. Both options would result in the original ticket being cancelled with no refund and a new ticket issued at the current rpice.

You can probably get the taxes back if you cancel less an admin fee - see http://virginatlantic.custhelp.com/app/ ... /kw/refund
