It says from 3rd september 2012 but the email only arrived in my inbox today. Do you think it's a mistake on their part or will we be able to register and get a retrospective bonus for flying between then and now?

you need to have registered before taking the flight to qualify

6.In order to be eligible for this offer, you must register on this site between 3 September and 15 October 2012, and before you take your Qualifying Flight
