Why have virgin changed the way you can book your seats - you used to be able to secure them once you had booked, but it now says not available until 90 days before - why is this and how long has this been in place.

Due to a very lengthy and over-running IT upgrade.

There's plenty of lively discussion about it elsewhere on V-Flyer.

As gumshoe has said, this has been in place a while now, and there are many discussions on here regarding it, with this being the latest one.
