Flying LHR-MIA tomorrow and was just wondering if there was any way to find out which plane it will be on? Know its a 744 but which one?

You won't be able to find out until tomorrow, they don't release the information in advanced due to security reasons.

If you have a look in the status update page tomorrow morning, that will be the first place to show which actual aircraft it will be.
