VA seem to get it, so why don't VS?

I know they're separate, but it seems they could learn from VA a little. Do they not talk at all?

There are SO many things that VS could learn from VA and VX - from ticketing through customer service to on board interaction.

VS used to look to be cutting edge, and innovative - but that was MANY years ago. B)
