The database has not picked up any flights of G-VWAG, which entered service on 24/10/12
Here is its flights from Plane Finder

16/10/12 VS815 TLS-ZRH
22/10/12 VS814 ZRH-LHR
and I saw the aircraft parked at LHR on 23/10/12
Then the aircraft entered service
24/10/12 VS300 LHR-DEL
25/10/12 VS301 DEL-LHR
25/10/12 VS300 LHR-DEL
26/10/12 VS301 DEL-LHR
27/10/12 VS003 LHR-JFK
27/10/12 VS004 JFK LHR
And the inaugural flight to Mumbai
28/10/12 VS354 LHR-BOM
29/10/12 VS355 BOM LHR
But on the database it has no flights recorded.
I am also new to v-flyer so please correct me if I break any rules

Pete, the owner, of the site is aware of the issue and he is looking at it but V-flyer is a small part of his working life and he tends to concentrate on things that earn him money!

V-flyer is not like Virgin with a large IT department and staff able to sort things out at the drop of a hat.

V-Flyer is essentially Pete (and the hamsters that power the servers). The mods are volunteers doing this for love (and maybe the odd bottle of gin.

So, and sorry to be blunt, cut him some slack.

It is being looked in to, but we don't really know why it isn't working properly. Pete will try and resolve the issue but unfortunately he has a real life as well as V-Flyer so spending a few hours trying to find and rectify the issue isn't always possible.
