Has anyone actually received miles credits for preordering? Twice now this year I've not had the miles credit and there doesn't seem (that I can find anyway) and easy way to claim the missing miles.

Ah, have tried the email route but zero response... Held on hold for 20 mins earlier then gave up...

My miles have always been credited OK usually about a month after.
I believe they only do 1 bulk miles transfer a month though so you can be waiting nearly 2 months if you just miss the monthly transfer.

Exactly, I have queried this with them before and was told just that and have always got my miles !
