How much time is 'enough time' in the UC Lounge at LHR?

We, my wife and i, have a Heathrow to Boston flight (UC) on Sat 22nd Dec departing at 1500hrs. I am currently planning on arriving at the airport by no later than 1200hrs. Question - As this is our first UC experience with Virgin, will this be enough time to savour the delights of the UC lounge or should we arrive a little earlier. Thoughts and any tips are very welcome, thanks. ( We would like the chance to try at least one treatment each)

Good morning,
I recently took my first UC flight to Delhi and my flight was leaving at 2150. I arrived in the lounge just before 3pm ...
It gave me the time to get a massage, a nice champagne brunch and generally to relax and enjoy the surroundings ...
I would try to get there around 10.30/11.00 if I were you.
You will have to board around 2.30 anyway so even 10.30 isn't mega early.

Yep, I'd aim for 10.30 latest.

Another vote for the 4 hour stay. Not because there's a massive amount to do (apart from eat, drink and think "how fortunate am I") but it will increase the chances of being able to book a treatment and allow you to have a more relaxed time generally.

About 4 hours would also be my limit as well.

Thanks for the advice, it appears that 4 hours is the max then.

Personally 3 to 4 hours suits me for a planned visit. After that I start to get bored and there is only so much food you can eat and champers to drink.

But some people have lo get there early eg because of their early arrival on connections or trains etc in which case it must be awful to spend so long in the CH !

I must be doing something wrong, over 30 or so visits, don't think I've ever been in the CH for more than an hour and a half (even on personal trips). Often it's barely 15 minutes! And as for a treatment... Never... Perhaps I need to review my priorities!

Hell, I've never even seen the loft or the jacuzzi!

Had our first visit to the CH last month and spent about 4 hrs in there and can honestly say the time flew by,our flight was delayed for over an hour and I wasn't in the slightest bit bothered which should tell you how much I was enjoying myself ,like I say it was our first visit and a novelty but an experience I'm sure I would never grow tired of.
Give yourself as much time as possible and savour every minute

How long is too long for the LGW with it being smaller? Never flown from LGW(in upper)as tend to prefer LHR destinations.

we have used the LGW clubhouse a couple of times smaller but still worth using it
