Seasons greetings to everyone! Sorry if this has been answered before, but how are the extra legroom seats allocated if, for example, the flight is full and insufficient passengers pay the extra amount for them? I have nabbed them for free a couple of times as a gold card holder, but only by asking. Assuming people don't ask, do they pro-actively offer them to gold card holders, or just random allocation? Thanks!
