Is it so hard to get this site fixed....

Collapses every time try and do a mixed class reward i.e. out in PE back in UC

and to wind you up even further, just imagine the extra cost incurred on your 'reward' by those fuel surcharges v(

I'm sure I've read your posts in the past venting anger on this subject. I get annoyed even typing the word fuel surcharge which increases depending on the class travelled !

A couple of points - the website is frustrating. In DEL at the mo, so went to Flying Club then Manage my flights and although could then see both when travelled out, can only see my next round trip from LHR now - had to fish out booking ref to see my DEL- LHR on Friday.

Fuel surcharge. Shouldn't it go up with the class though - the weight that has to be carried to carry you and (your bigger seat) hence fuel burn/person must be greater the higher the cabin class travelled- or is that the champagne socalist in me coming out!

) bring out the popcorn..... So fuel surcharge should be weight related then.. :w

Surely a reflection on short-term fluctuations in fuel prices would seem the best route to go in administering said surcharge.....oh if only..

Totally agree .... "if only....

But like I've said hundreds of times for as long as they can get away with charging these unfair fuel surcharges then they will. !
