I've been interviewed by Virgin Atlantic's own blog site vtravelled on the subject of our 10th Anniversary.
Read it in all its glory here:

Well done Pete a very gracious summary of yourself and personally I think you should be proud of what you started from the humble beginnings to now.

Extraordinary.
Well done, and thank you for bringing us together.
VA has had it's ups and downs but, hopefully, if they tune into V-Flyer, the 'management' will ascertain what is important to VA frequent flyers, in whatever cabin.
Our next flight MAN-LHR on 31 March 2013.
Hopefully, lounge access until the return trip at 16.10!

Well, you did have your hands full with the baggage trolley at the time, so it seemed only polite...

Picked up the article from my Pulse feed and all I can say, is a huge "thank you" for what you have personally done to ensure this is a Site that embraces all and encourages everyone to be supportive of their fellow V Flyers.
This is a journey that has enlightened, encouraged and enabled me more than I could have imagined all those years ago when I joined the Site oo) oo)

Oh, I can! I'm now super-broke thanks to this site showing me that Upper Class and Gold cards were easily attainable and not merelythe home of the rich and famous - at a price of course!

)
Seriously, though - thanks, Pete. :X

Excellent article and I want to add my thanks to Pete for not only creating but continuing to run and support this great site y)
It is still the first site I check in the morning and last one before I go to sleep. It has aided me immensely in being able to do and experience things I never imagined, and that is also down to the great bunch of people who use. The willingness to share information and help others still brings a big

to my face.
Here's to the next 10 y) y)

Great article and a thanks from me, I've been a member for 8 years this year and although more a reader than poster I really appreciate all the work that goes in to make V-Flyer tick. So Pete and the Mods, thankyou!

And a massive thanks from me.
Without your expertise and commitment to this forum I wouldn't have got to know all the tricks of flying UC instead of EC or PE without breaking the bank..well, that's all relative of course!.
And, the chance to exchange views, meet with people I might never meet otherwise.
Cheers Pete.... ^) ^) ^)

I remember when I started looking around for advice on our honeymoon flight back in 2004 for VS upper class and this site popped up. It has never left my favourites list from that day.
Coupled with the opprotuity to meet so many good people that I am proud to call my friends, you have a lot to answer for Mr Shaw. But only in a good way.
Now when is the 10th anniversary fizz trip ):
