site glitch? Surely not ;)

The last several times I've logged in to my v-flyer account, it's brought up a message telling me my details can't be validated - but on re-inputting my password, I then get into my account. Anyone else experiencing this? The first time, I just assumed I'd made a typo, but as it's happening every time, I don't think this is the case.

Or maybe it's yet another gremlin...

I just assumed you meant the main VS site when I saw the headline !

Not come across this myself but have you tried clearing your cache, cookies and history and starting again?

I'd also check your stored passwords in case that's become corrupted or you've managed to create more than one for v-flyer and one is incorect.

I've had this loads of times on the new style parts of the website. I always have to put it in twice!

I've found that the new website only accepts the first 8 characters of your password, unlike the old website, which accepts longer passwords.

Strange decision to limit the number of characters from one version to the other, especially without telling your customers. Then again, they probably don't even know about it!
