Hi
We are travelling to JFK next month with our two children (aged 7 and 9). It's our first time flying in UC and we weren't sure whether to book the children's meals onboard or not. Please could you advise?
Many thanks

A lot depends on your children's tastes. Child's meals tend to be the kind of things you find on kid's menus and if your children turn up their noses at them, they will do so at the child's meal. If they're not into those then it may be possible to select something from the main menu but you would be advised to bring some snacks along just in case.

We flew UC at Christmas my two daughters (8 and 10) had the kids meals and they were great. Grilled chicken, pasta etc etc jelly and ice cream. All laid out just like an adult meal.

If they are decent eaters and would order off a main meal when they are out normally, You'd get better value with the main menu. Always been disappointed with the kids meals
