Good VS Customer Service? OMG

My first post, so be gentle...
I have moaned quite a bit about VS over the last few years, and stopped flying with them altogether a few years ago. However recently I have been charged to fly a whole bunch of high strung thespians across the pond and thought I would check out if VS have improved at all.
I haven't taken the flight yet, but over the course of the UC booking, I came to talk to someone in VS customer service who actually wanted to listen to me and the reasons I had stopped flying VS a while ago.
I brought up the train wreck that is the website, the inconsistency of service in the air and many other matters that other Vflyer posters have mentioned.
It is rare that I come away from dealing with any company, feeling better, but this was an exception. Credit where it's due.
Let's just hope my flight next month is also a pleasant surprise.
