Hi all
Is there any need to do on line check in if you are going to do drive thru check in?
I'm guessing there is to keep your seat requests but if some one can confirm that would be great

Keeping the seat request is why I do olci when using dtci, they still issue you with a proper boarding card on arrival anyhow!

I always use OLCI to ensure my requested seat.
More importantly how can you claim the associated bragging rights that come with SEQ 1 without using OLCI

Many thanks,
Karen

Drive up ramp. People waiting at top to take bags and check you in. Feel special. Then you go through the private channel as if you'd checked in downstairs.
Edited to include: if not using a driver who's done it before, expect a couple of circuits round the terminal before finding the ramp

Find yourself in duty free with - sharp intake of breath - economy passengers. Feel decidedly unspecial. Take deep breath and head for the sanctuary of the Clubhouse. Order first Redhead. Ahhhhh, that's better

I think that's more that not everyone is as obsessed as we are about pre-assigning seats. 4 weeks to our flight to NYC, only our and one other seat assigned thus far.
Enjoy the trip and watch for the way the water goes down the plughole!

Go for it Blacky, aim for SEQ 1 and of course make sure you get your seats. Hope you enjoy the full UC experience - not long now. 8D

When you come out of the tunnel be in the right lane.... as soon as you pass the T1 Upramp (so it's fully on your left) get in the left lane.
Stay in the left lane and do not leave the left lane. If the road bears to the left, bear left with it - that will guide you right up the barrier
