Yeah, it's Cyprus Airways! No Upper Class service.

Yes it's not right but it does also say its operated by Cyprus air so I guess people could check their offerings before booking

I have to agree with joeyc in that it clearly states the operating airline is Cyprus Airways and under the price it says Business Class.

I think it is a bit misleading - perhaps sloppy more than anything else. If you compare BA when it offers AA flights, they do a better job of dealing with this, in my opinion.

But it has a video link to "Upper Class" highlighted in purple.

Interesting point that could lead to confusion.

Thinking about it more, I think you are right. Although it says Business Class and Cyprus Airways, it doesn't state that you are not getting UC on the flight. UC is business class, after all. The "Upper Class" heading and video would be quite misleading for someone who didn't know what a codeshare was!

Actually, I suspect you may have to wait some time...

On itineries with codeshare flights, it usually says something along the lines of "Only sectors flown on Virgin Atlantic aircraft are in Upper Class" a little bit further down the page to where you have screengrabbed

Might me a feature of the their next new website, but with the time taken to work on the current redesign so far, it could be a long time away!
