Unable to Select UC Seat

I will be flying EWR-LHR in UC in two weeks. I am able to go through the entire seat selection process, including the final message that my seat selection has been saved.

Yet, when I go back to check the seat selection, the box stays blank. I tried this with several seats and several times, but same outcome. The return shows the seat I picked, but not outbound.

It did show the seat I picked first for a couple of days (18K), but has been blank ever since and 18K continued to be available. Now looks like 18K has been claimed :(. I called and they said they see me in 15, but I don't that.

Anyone know why this is happening and how I can resolve this?

Welcome to V-Flyer :)

The same thing has happened to me on one of my domestic VS flights. I get the same symptoms as you. It's obviously (another) VS IT glitch, but why it only effects some people is a mystery? After online chatting to VS they can see a seat number on my booking but I can't as well.

That is good to know, that I am not the only one. Nothing has changed yet. Let's see where they seat me.
