50 AC/HK are exit seats.

And I believe the baby basinnet positions are the centre seats int he first row of economy. (Not sure if the AC HK has bassinet positions.

Thanks for the information wwings. Wasn't sure if Virgin classed row 40 as purchased exit seats so your information is very useful.

The Purchasable Exit seats on the A330-300 (3class) aircraft are seats 50AC,50HK and 49DEFG, I believe row 40 is classed as bulkhead.

Cheers,

Dan

Cheers Dan,

Very Useful. We've purchased these and can't get seat numbers until check in at airport.
I've read reports that 50A and K have obstructed legroom because of the exit door.

That is true 50A and K have the exit door/slide in the way, I would say it limits your leg room only slightly rather an obstructs but that's my own opinion. What I would say is do try to check in online. As the seat would be assigned to you prior check in so you should be able to use the online check in facility. If not, no fret, just got to the airport and use the kiosk on the floor. Also if you do olci and you have seem assigned seats separately (e.g 50C and 50H) don't worry it will be sorted at the airport for you. (50A and K are not assigned prior to check in due to the exit slide).

Hope this helps!

Dan
