Missing Miles

Hi there all,
My partner and I flew on a G reward upgrade on the 2nd March and returned on the 19th from Cancun. Both our flying numbers we taken at the point of reservation and continued throughout the booking, boarding passes etc. We don't seem to have been credited for the miles for the economy element of the fare and when I 'Claim Missing Miles' according to the system 'our records indicate that you did not fly on this flight' when I most certainly did?! (I have a tan to prove if nothing else?! :D ) Does anyone know how long it normally takes to credit flying club accounts?

You will have to call Flying Club and get your miles added manually. They won't get added to your account automatically as the VS IT system cannot deal with revenue fares upgraded with miles.
