Hello from the Servisair lounge at LHR T1

Well.....I'm here after asking where the lounge was at check in and getting "why, are you Gold?"......it was then clear I was the first person in the last week to ask about lounge access which I find hard to believe and was provided with a cute Little Red lounge invitation card and provided with directions on how to find the lounge.

The check in guy was friendly and confirmed a light load on the VS3047 today....so back to the lounge, well it's a windowless large room and is quite busy with drinks, snacks, soup and a few breakfast items still hanging around - staff are friendly and welcoming.

Happy Saturday everyone

Jon

When I first read this I marvelled at the impertinence of the check in staff questioning how someone such as yourself might have achieved Gold status...then thought perhaps a comma was missing so it would read "Why, are you Gold?"... :D

Probably a silly question but does a gold get a plus one for the lounge for little red flights and is the carry on at UC levels ?
Appreciate any replies, thanks, Bob
